A chair massage is exactly how it sounds. You are seated in a comfortable, supported forward position. The focus is to relieve tension in your back, shoulders, neck arms, and hands using kneading and acupressure techniques. A chair massage is performed fully clothed with no oils used.

Reflexology
$40 per 30 minutes, $50 per 45 minutes

Reflexology is the art of foot massage, which originated in China. It is believed that energy runs through meridians, or channels in the body. Every part of the foot corresponds to an area of the body. By massaging the feet, the related body part is stimulated to promote healing, relaxation, stress reduction, and improved mobility.

A Swedish massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But the benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.

Focused body work targets particular areas that are bothering you. By applying more pressure to these areas, it allows deeper muscles and tissue to relax, providing relief from chronic aches, stiff back muscles, sore shoulders, and tightness.
